Two months ago the Washington Post carefully crafted a lie, which they attributed to an anonymous source. They spread that lie, which was repeated by every news agency (including Fox News) in the country.
They all said they independently verified the lie. They reported that Trump had pressured the Georgia Secretary of State to “find the votes”.
The uninformed, ignorant, and naive public ate it up because it confirmed what they wanted to believe about Trump. It turns out the story was made up.
It was a lie.
A recording was released that once again vindicated Trump. This has been the pattern for the press over the past five years. They make up a lie, attribute it to anonymous sources, and then repeat it. Several months later they print a “retraction”, or a “correction”. But the damage is already done, and almost no one will see the correction.
This is why the mainstream media is fake news.
They have become the propaganda arm for the Democrat party.
